From Clients: name, email, phone/WhatsApp (optional), company name, website/social links, role details, budget, meeting notes.
From Candidates: name, email, phone/WhatsApp (optional), location/time zone, résumé/CV, portfolios, role preferences, skills/tools, work history, compensation expectations, interview notes, references (if provided).
Automatically (Website): IP address, device/browser info, pages visited, and cookies.
From Third Parties: We may receive information via scheduling, forms, analytics, email, and CRM tools (e.g., Google Forms, Calendly/Tidycal, Google Analytics, email service providers).

1) Definitions

  • Client: Any business or individual engaging Recruitment Links for recruitment, advisory, or placement services.

     

  • Candidate/Talent: Any individual introduced by Recruitment Links to a Client for potential employment or contract engagement.

     

  • Introduction: Any presentation of a Candidate profile, CV, résumé, portfolio, or contact details by Recruitment Links to the Client, whether oral or written.

     

  • Engagement/Hire: A Client’s decision to employ, contract, or otherwise retain a Candidate introduced by Recruitment Links.

     

2) Scope of Services

Recruitment Links provides remote-talent recruitment and advisory services, including:

  • Contingent & engaged searches (non-executive roles)

     

  • Retained search (executive/lead roles)

     

  • Advisory services (hiring strategy, process optimization, interview & onboarding tactics)
    Service details and deliverables are described on our website and/or in the proposal or service agreement issued to you.

     

3) Fees & Payment Terms

  • Contingent Search: 20% of the Candidate’s agreed first-year base salary.

     

  • Engaged Search: 20% of the Candidate’s agreed first-year base salary (with an initial engagement fee if stated in your agreement).

     

  • Retained Search: 30% of the Candidate’s agreed first-year base salary (retainer portions and schedule outlined in your agreement).

     

  • Advisory Services: Billed hourly at the rate quoted to you in writing.

     

Invoicing & Due Date. For placement services, fees are invoiced upon the Client’s acceptance of offer (or start date, if specified) and are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Advisory invoices are billed per milestone or monthly in arrears.

Late Payments. Overdue amounts may incur interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law, plus reasonable collection costs.

Taxes. Fees are exclusive of all applicable taxes, which are the Client’s responsibility.

4) Replacement / Refund

Any replacement or refund policy will be explicitly stated in your signed proposal or service agreement. If no policy is stated, all fees are non-refundable.

5) Candidate Introductions & Non-Circumvention

  • Introductions are confidential and provided solely for the Client’s internal hiring.

     

  • If a Candidate introduced by Recruitment Links is hired by the Client (or any related company) within 12 months of the introduction—whether full-time, part-time, or as a contractor—the applicable placement fee is due.

     

  • The Client agrees not to bypass Recruitment Links to engage an introduced Candidate. If circumvention occurs, the full applicable fee becomes immediately payable, in addition to any reasonable costs incurred by Recruitment Links in enforcing this clause.

     

6) Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate role details, compensation ranges, and hiring timelines.

     

  • Conducting final interviews and making hiring decisions.

     

  • Complying with all employment, immigration, payroll, and regulatory requirements in relevant jurisdictions.

     

  • Conducting any background checks the Client requires (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

     

7) No Employment Agency of Record

Recruitment Links is not the employer of record and does not employ Candidates. We introduce vetted Candidates and facilitate the hiring process; the Client is solely responsible for the employment/contracting relationship.

8) Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information received from the other party, and to use such information only for evaluating and performing the services. Candidate information shared with the Client must be kept confidential and used only for hiring consideration.

9) Intellectual Property

All content on recruitmentlinks.com (including text, graphics, logos, processes) is owned by Recruitment Links or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10) Website Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, post unlawful content, or interfere with site operation. We may suspend access for violations.

11) Disclaimers

We do not guarantee that any Candidate will accept an offer, remain employed for any period of time, or achieve specific performance outcomes. Services are provided on an “as-is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recruitment Links’ total liability arising out of or related to any services shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

13) Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Recruitment Links from claims or losses arising out of the Client’s hiring decisions, employment practices, regulatory non-compliance, or misuse of Candidate data.

14) Term & Termination

Either party may terminate services as stated in the proposal or service agreement. Fees owed for services rendered or Candidates engaged prior to termination remain payable.

15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Governing Law/State]. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of [Insert Venue], unless the parties agree to arbitration or another forum in writing.
