Any candidate introduced by Recruitment Links is considered confidential. If a client hires a candidate introduced by us within 12 months of the introduction, the agreed service fee will apply.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate job details, salary ranges, hiring timelines, and making final hiring decisions. Recruitment Links facilitates the hiring process but does not employ candidates directly.
Fees for recruitment or advisory services will be clearly stated in the project proposal or agreement. Payments are due according to the agreed terms.
Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential, including candidate details, hiring strategies, and business information.
All website content including text, design, and materials are the property of Recruitment Links and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for illegal activities.
Recruitment Links is not responsible for employment decisions made by clients or the performance of hired candidates.
